Our events would not be possible without the many scientists and educators who volunteer their time to lead events for us. Since our founding, we have had more than 80 scientists and educators specializing in various fields including zoology, paleontology, geology, astrophysics, botany, conservation, genetics and more, lead guided nature walks, tours of museum exhibits and give presentations, sharing their expertise and love of science with the general public. These trip leaders are based at institutions and organizations in the New York metropolitan area and across the globe including the American Museum of Natural History, New York Botanical Garden, City University of New York, Audubon Society, Fordham University, Rutgers University, Columbia University, The New York Entomological Society, John Jay College, Bronx Zoo, Fairleigh Dickinson University, New York University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, NOAA Fisheries Service Milford, Princeton University, Rockefeller University, Sarah Lawerence College, Hunter College, Insight, New York Harbor Foundation, New York Mycological Society, Sewanee: The University of the South, Yale University, University of Sarghoda Pakistan, Bard College, Stonehill College, Panthera, University of Pennsylvania, National Museum of Namibia, University of California, Berkeley and Save Son Doong Vietnam.
